1. Information Submitted Through Formswala

Service Providers may submit customer information and supporting documents to Formswala for the purpose of processing the requested service.

The Service Provider is responsible for collecting the required customer information and documents and submitting accurate, complete and genuine information to Formswala.

2. Customer Consent & Authorization

Before submitting customer information or documents to Formswala, the Service Provider must obtain the customer's appropriate consent, authorization or instruction where required for the relevant service and applicable law.

The Service Provider must not knowingly submit an application or documents in the name of a customer without appropriate authority or instruction.

3. How Information May Be Used

Customer information provided to Formswala may be processed for the purpose of:

• Providing the requested service
• Application processing
• Application submission
• Application tracking
• Customer or Service Provider support
• Compliance activities
• Audit activities
• Related legitimate operational purposes

Such processing is subject to applicable law and applicable privacy/data-handling practices.

4. Document & Information Protection

Service Providers are required to protect customer information and documents from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, loss or unnecessary sharing.

Service Providers must not sell, misuse or intentionally disclose customer information to unauthorized persons.

5. Accuracy of Information

Information and documents submitted through Formswala must be accurate, complete and genuine.

Forged, fabricated, altered, manipulated, misleading, expired or false documents must not knowingly be submitted where such documents are not legitimately acceptable for the relevant service.

6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Use

Formswala must not be used for fraud, impersonation, deception, fabrication of information, forged documentation, unauthorized access, manipulation of Government systems, knowingly false applications, circumvention of security controls or other unlawful activity.

7. Account Security

Platform credentials are personal to the registered Service Provider and must not be shared, sold, transferred, rented or provided to unauthorized persons.

Service Providers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.

8. Operational & Security Records

Formswala may maintain operational, transaction, security, processing and acceptance records relating to Platform use for legitimate business, security, compliance, dispute-resolution and audit purposes, subject to applicable law.

Where permitted, Formswala may review relevant account activity, application information, communications, transaction records and other available information when investigating suspected misuse, fraud, security incidents or violations of the Terms.

9. Electronic Acceptance Records

When a Service Provider accepts the applicable Terms, Formswala may maintain an electronic record of that acceptance.

Such records may include the account identity, user name, tenant/account context, Terms version, acceptance date and time, IP address and browser/device user-agent, subject to applicable law and applicable privacy and data-handling practices.

10. Confidential Information

Non-public business, technical, customer, operational, pricing, account and Platform information obtained through Formswala must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

11. Government & Third-Party Systems

Formswala's processing may depend upon Government portals, Government systems, APIs, verification services, payment systems, communication providers, internet connectivity and other third-party systems.

Information may therefore be processed as necessary within the applicable authorized workflow for the requested Government service.

12. Applicable Law

Information handling through Formswala is subject to applicable law and applicable privacy/data-handling practices.
